CITEC Confirm Web site - Fees CITEC Confirm website
County Court of Victoria A trial court of both civil and criminal intermediate jurisdiction placing it above the Magistrates' Court but below the Supreme Court in the Victorian hierarchy of courts. This court can hear matters at first instance and in some circumstances on appeal.
Courts and Tribunals Victoria The Courts and Tribunals Vistoria web site provides information on all of the courts and tribunals and Victoria, Australia, as well as providing a direct link to the web site of each. 
Department of Justice Website The Department of Justice website focuses on the diverse Justice portfolio that brings together consumer and business affairs, and all government activities concerned with the reform, administration and enforcement of the law in Victoria.
Family Court of Australia The Family Law Act 1975 (Commonwealth) created the Family Court of Australia. This court administers this act which deals with the dissolution of marriages.
Federation of Community Legal Centres The Federation of Community Legal Centres is the peak body for Victoria's 52 Community Legal Centres (CLCs) which provide the public with free legal information and advice.
LEADR Web site LEADR, Association of Dispute Resolution is an Austral asian, not-for-profit membership organisation that promotes alternative dispute resolution and their web site provides access to panels of independent mediators.
Law Institute Victoria The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) is the state's peak body for lawyers and those who work with them in the legal sector. Their web site provides comprehensive information for members, the public and further information into regulation.
Library Catalogue The Supreme Court of Victoria Library Catalogue web page outlines what the Library's collection includes and how these can be accessed, as well as providing access to the catalogue itself. This catalogue holds copies of all judgments and summaries.
Judicial College The Judicial College of Victoria is an independent statutory authority tasked with providing education programs and resources to Victoria’s judicial officers. The College produces a range of regularly updated publications that provide an accessible, practical guide to the law in Victoria. The following publications are available for online viewing free from the College website: Sentencing Manual; Criminal Charge Book; Criminal Proceedings Manual; Civil Procedure Bench Book; Uniform Evidence Resources; Family Violence and Stalking Resources; Sexual Assault Manual.

Victorian Courts Interactive Hearing List The Victorian Courts Interactive Hearing List is the new official website for viewing the daily hearing lists on tablets and smart phones. The website has been designed to be platform neutral (works on desktops, iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry, etc.). Users can filter all of the courts lists and bring back just the data that they are interested in (eg, All hearings at Ballarat for all courts). These setting as saved so the next time you open the website, the last selections you used are automatically pre-populated.
