The Hon Justice Beach will initially oversee all group proceedings that are not commenced in the Commercial Court or Corporations List. Thereafter a Supreme Court Judge will be allocated to the proceeding.
Group proceedings that are issued in the Commercial Court or Corporations List will be managed by the Judge in charge of the relevant list.
