DPP (Cth) v Hassan El Sabsabi
This case is an appeal against sentence by the Director of Public Prosecutions for the Commonwealth of Australia in relation to two counts of acts preparatory to the commission of a foreign incursions offence, contrary to s 7(1)(e) of the Crimes (Foreign Incursions) Act 1978 (Cth).
