Law Library of Victoria
The Law Library of Victoria includes the combined resources of the Supreme Court, the County Court, the Magistrates' Court and VCAT. The Library is an integral resource for these courts as well as for the legal profession and the community.
Access to the collections varies depending on whether you are a judicial officer, member of the legal profession or member of the community.

The opening hours for the Supreme Court Library are Mondays - Thursdays 8.30AM - 6PM, and Fridays 8.30AM - 5PM.
Using the Library
The Law Library of Victoria maintains a comprehensive collection of legal resources (External link). All Library items are listed in the Library catalogue (External link).
Supreme Court judgments are available online and can be searched by the party name, citation, judge or date. For more information see judgments, sentences and summaries.
Library staff are able to provide general assistance (External link) for library users. We do not provide a legal research service. If you are representing yourself in legal proceedings you might like to contact the Self-represented Litigants Coordinator.
