Urgent Matters and Applications

Urgent matters and applications to adjourn or commence cases will not be accepted by electronic mail. For urgent applications to the Practice Court, please contact the Associate to the Practice Court Judge (After hours only on 0412 251 757 or 0419 303 981).

The Supreme Court is available to hear matters at any time and place as required.

Daily List

The Daily List for the forthcoming day is usually available by 4.30pm. The Daily List and other Specialist Lists can be found under Lists and Sittings in the navigation menu to the left.
