Confirmation of Civil Hearing Dates

From September 2004, callovers of the Civil List of cases fixed for hearing will no longer be conducted by the Supreme Court. In lieu of callovers and in order to confirm hearing dates in the Civil List, a Callover Form will be faxed by the Listing Master's office to all parties for completion.

Callover Form

The Form will be faxed approximately four weeks before the hearing date and is to be completed and returned to the Listing Master's office by facsimile (Fax No. 9603 9320) within 48 hours of receipt.

If the Form is not returned by the required time, the Court may:

1. Vacate the hearing date of the proceeding; and/or
2. List the proceeding for a Directions Hearing before the Listing Master.
