The sitting terms for the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2009 will be as follows:
- Term 1: Monday 2 February 2009 to Wednesday 8 April 2009
- Easter Vacation: Thursday 9 April 2009 to Tuesday 14 April 2009
- Term 2: Wednesday 15 April 2009 to Friday 26 June 2009
- Winter Vacation: Monday 29 June 2009 to Friday 10 July 2009
- Term 3: Monday 13 July 2009 to Friday 2 October 2009
- Term 4: Monday 5 October 2009 to Friday 18 December 2009
- Summer Vacation: Monday 21 December 2009 to Monday 1 February 2010
2010
The sitting terms for the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2010 will be as follows:
- Term 1: Monday 1 February 2010 to Wednesday 31 March 2010
- Easter Vacation: Thursday 1 April 2010 to Tuesday 6 April 2010 (inclusive)
- Term 2: Wednesday 7 April 2010 to Friday 25 June 2010
- Winter Vacation: Monday 28 June 2010 to Friday 9 July 2010
- Term 3: Monday 12 July 2010 to Friday 24 September 2010
- Term 4: Monday 27 September 2010 to Friday 17 December 2010
- Summer Vacation: Monday 20 December 2010 to Monday 31 January 2011
The first day of Term 1 in 2011 will be Monday 31 January 2011.
