Funds in Court Financial Report 2008 -2009

The Funds in Court Financial Report 2008-2009 is an annual document that comprises the operating statement, balance sheet, statement of changes in equity, cashflow statement, a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory notes to and forming part of the financial report, and the joint declaration of the Senior Master, Office Manager and Accounting Manager relating to the Common Funds Nos. 1, 2 & 3 and the Senior Master’s Guarantee and Reserve Account, and investments held on separate account.   

The report is accompanied by the audit opinion of the Victorian Auditor-General.
