Practice Note No 6 of 2008
The Governor in Council has proclaimed 17 December 2008 is the commencement date for the Courts Legislation Amendment (Associate Judges) Act 2008 . This Act replaces the office of Master with the office of Associate Judge. Practitioners are referred to Practice Note No 6 of 2008 and the Supreme Court (Associate Judge Amendment) Rules 2008.
