Practice Statement No. 1 of 2000
This Supreme Court of Victoria, Court of Appeal Practice Statement is the first from 2002. This Practice Statement applies to all applications for leave to appeal against conviction, appeals against sentence and applications for leave to appeal against sentence not heard by a single judge of appeal where those applications or appeals are heard on or after the first day of First Term 2001.
