Parchment (Intestacy)
This is a sample of a standard ‘Parchment’ when applying for a Letters of Administration upon Intestacy.
Parchments are to be printed on durable white paper of an approximate weight of 135 grams per square metre. Parchment paper is available at most legal stationers and the Law Institute of Victoria Bookshop.
