Notices To Practitioners Registrar Of Probates
This section of the Court's website provides a listing of the Registrar's Notices relating to the practice and procedure of obtaining common form grants of Probate and Administration. The notices supplement procedures set out in the Supreme Court (Administration and Probate) Rules 2004 and have as their principal aim the assistance of practitioners and other Court users. They are issued by the Registrar of Probates.
Old notices that have largely become redundant have been removed; so too have those that have become so entrenched in practice that specific direction is no longer required.
