Scotsburn Bushfire class action information.
On 24 April 2020, the Court approved a Notice of Proposed Settlement to be sent to group members. Group members should read the notice carefully as the matters set out in the notice may affect their legal rights.
The notice requires that group members who wish to partake in the proposed settlement, if approved by the court, must provide a claimant registration notice by 20 May 2020.
The notice also requires that any group member who wishes to object to the settlement must provide a notice of objection to proposed settlement by 20 May 2020.
