From 2 July 2018, all documents for Common Law, Commercial Court and Costs Court matters will be required to be electronically filed using the RedCrest electronic filing platform.

It is strongly recommended that Court users watch the video below to familiarise themselves with RedCrest and its features.

Pre-register for RedCrest before 2 July

Court users are required to register in order to electronically file documents using RedCrest.

In order to ensure your access to file documents on 2 July 2018, pre-registration is highly recommended. Visit the RedCrest home page (External link)and click the ‘Register here’ link.

If you are already a registered RedCrest user, you do not need to take any action.
