TFM Template Dismissal Orders

All parties should use these draft final orders for all proceedings in the Testators Family Maintenance List in the Common Law Division where substantive final orders or an approval of the compromise are not required. In preparing draft orders, the parties must have reference to matters in paragraph 12 of the Practice Note SC CL7 (second revision) which commenced on 25 March 2022.

All minutes of consent orders should be submitted, in Word and signed PDF versions, to the Testators Family Maintenance Coordinator at gsz@fhcpbheg.ivp.tbi.nhua.vog.civ.truocpus@mft .
