This case is an application for leave to appeal against sentence in relation to one count of import a marketable quantity of a border controlled precursor, one count of importing tier 2 goods, one count of manufacturing a marketable quantity of a controlled drug, one count of pre-trafficking in a controlled precursor, two counts of possessing a drug of dependence, one count of possessing substances, documents and/or equipment for trafficking in a drug of dependence, one count of possessing a precursor chemical and two counts of trafficking in a drug of dependence.

This case is an application for leave to appeal against sentence in relation to one count of manufacture a marketable quantity of a controlled drug, one count of pre-trafficking in a controlled precursor, one count of prohibited person possessing a firearm and one count of prohibited person possessing a silencer as well as two related summary offences, being breach of a suspended sentence and possess a controlled weapon.
