SC CL 2 Dust Diseases List (First revision)

The purpose of this Practice Note is to describe the procedures to be followed in the Dust Diseases List. This version of the Practice Note (the First revision) replaced the original version published on 30 January 2017. It came into effect on 1 March 2018 and applied to any matter in the List whenever commenced. It was replaced by a new version (the Second revision) which commenced on 1 October 2018.
