SC CR 1 Case Management

This Practice Note commenced on 30 January 2017 and applied to all matters listed for post-committal directions hearings, further directions hearings, or final directions hearings, on or after that date. This Practice Note replaced Practice Notes No. 4 of 2010 and No. 6 of 2014 which were revoked.

This Practice Note was replaced by a new version (the First revision) which came into effect on 1 January 2019.
