SC GEN 7 Transcript in Civil Proceedings

This Practice Note commenced on 30 January 2017 and will apply to all civil proceedings in the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Victoria whether heard in Melbourne or on circuit. It was replaced by a new version (the First revision) which was issued on 29 June 2018 and takes effect from 1 July 2018
