Prepare for the move to eFiling on 29 January 2019 by viewing the Court's RedCrest information video.

Following the successful transition to electronic filing for all matters in the Commercial Court, Common Law Division and Costs Court in July 2018, eFiling will be introduced in to the Criminal Division on 29 January 2019. 

Practitioners who regularly file documents with the Court are strongly recommended to watch the video below to familiarise themselves with RedCrest and its features.

Pre-register for RedCrest before 29 Jan

Court users are required to register in order to electronically file documents using RedCrest.

In order to ensure your access to file documents on 29 January 2019, pre-registration is highly recommended. Visit the RedCrest home page and click the ‘Register here’ link.

If you are already a registered RedCrest user, you do not need to take any action.
