The Chief Justice has authorised the issue of the following notice.
DX Service Ceasing
The Court has been informed that the whole of government DX service utilised by the Court is ceasing from 31 October 2022.
As a consequence hard copy materials will no longer be able to be provided to the Court using the DX service. Those attempting to send material using the previous DX address will receive notice from DX with documents returned as not deliverable.
Australia Post services continue for hard copy provision of documents. The mailing address for the Supreme Court remains 210 William Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 and the Registrar of Probates P.O. Box 13331 Law Courts VIC 8010.
The Court will be removing reference to the DX address progressively. Practitioners are asked to remove any reference to the Supreme Court DX address in court documents or internal processing materials.
