SC CL 12 Confiscation and Proceeds of Crime List (Second revision)

This Practice Note (the second revision) was issued and commences on 30 June  2023, as revised, and will apply to all proceedings in the List whenever commenced. It replaces the previous version which commenced on 1 December 2018.
