Court of Appeal ceremonial sitting at Bendigo

A ceremonial sitting of the Court of Appeal at the new Bendigo Law Courts was held on 5 April 2023.

Chief Justice Ferguson, President Emerton and Justice Robert Osborn presided over the sitting, with Rodney Carter, Chief Executive Officer of the Dja Dja Wurrung Clans Aboriginal Corporation, giving a Welcome to Country to open proceedings.
