The Arbitration List is suitable for commercial arbitration proceedings conducted under the International Arbitration Act 1974 (Cth) or the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011 (Vic).
The Court can assist parties in a variety of ways, including support for the arbitration process, enforcement of awards and orders, determining discrete questions of law, and hearing appeals where permitted.
