The Taxation List is suitable for taxation appeals from decisions of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and objections of the Commissioner of State Revenue.
Proceedings managed in this list also include taxation recovery and disputes with respect to the Goods and Services Tax.
Proceedings for damages against a taxation adviser are to be initiated in the Professional Liability List in the Common Law Division.
