The form for notifying the Victorian Court of Appeal in a criminal proceeding that an application or appeal is abandoned. 

Use the Form 6-2N notice of abandonment to notify the Victorian Court of Appeal in accordance with r 2.40 of the Supreme Court (Criminal Procedure) Rules 2017 that an application or appeal is abandoned.

Note: The form must be signed by the applicant/ appellant personally, and the signature must be witnessed by another person whose name and address is stated clearly and legibly on the notice.
