This Practice Note sets out the practice followed in Court of Appeal civil applications (including for leave to appeal) and appeals.
This Practice Note was reissued on 14 April 2025, replacing the earlier versions issued on 30 September 2019 and 30 January 2017. It applies to all civil applications and appeals in the Court of Appeal, whenever commenced.
