Notice of Appeal from an Associate Judge

This form should be used to initiate an appeal from an Associate Judge.  

Note: The Trial Division hears appeals against decisions made by an Associate Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria. The Court of Appeal hears appeals against decisions made by an Associate Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria, if they were referred certain powers by a Trial Division judge.
