The Court of Appeal provides quarterly data on the gender of counsel appearing in criminal and civil hearings.
The data on gender of counsel does not include appearances:
- when an application is heard by a single judge,
- at directions hearings,
- interlocutory applications,
- leave applications when listed at the same time as a hearing, or
- at judgment hand downs.
