Andrew Clements KC has been appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Andrew Clements KC has been appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria, effective 8 September 2026.

Mr Clements brings 28 years of experience at the Bar, where he acted in the areas of personal injury, product liability, class actions, general torts, institutional liability, and insurance and professional disciplinary tribunals.

Mr Clements took silk in 2012.

He will sit in the Common Law Division.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Clements was a trustee of the not-for-profit organisation Law Aid and on the committee for the Common Law Bar Association.
The Court warmly welcomes Justice Clements.

Information regarding a welcome ceremony will be provided at a later date.
