The Court is conducting a written review to assist in drafting a new mediation protocol.

The Court has been conducting mediations online since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Court’s new Mediation Centre is being built in the William Cooper Justice Centre. When the new Mediation Centre opens, the Court will return to conducting mediations onsite. However, some mediations may still need to be completed online or as a hybrid (onsite/online).

The Court is in the process of drafting a new mediation protocol. The issues to be addressed in the protocol will include how mediations will be conducted when the new Mediation Centre is ready for use. The Court is conducting a written review to assist in drafting the protocol.

This will allow interested parties to provide detailed feedback about their experiences of online and onsite mediations, the benefits and challenges associated with different modes of mediation, and their preferences for how mediations are conducted in the future.

The written review will open for 6 weeks, starting on the 30th of August. For more information or to make a submission contact fhozvffvbaf@fhcpbheg.ivp.tbi.nhua.vog.civ.truocpus@snoissimbus .
