The plaintiffs, Belinda and Jack Cetnar, work in the education sector. They sought relief in relation to the State Government’s directions concerning mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations.
A trial in this matter was set down to begin on Monday, 25 October 2021.These proceedings have now been discontinued by the consent of the parties.
The Cetnars are now two of the plaintiffs in the matter of Simon Harding and others v Brett Sutton (in his capacity as Chief Health Officer) and others (S ECI 2021 03931).
