- notices to the profession
- recent judgments
- Court and Registry initiatives
- events for the legal profession
- judicial appointments
- and staff vacancies relating to Commercial Court matters.
The new communication channel launched on 12 February. Principal Judge of the Commercial Court Justice Jim Delany said there had already been a great response.
“The Commercial Court is a dynamic division of the Supreme Court, responsible for some of the most significant commercial litigation in Victoria,” he said.
“This new LinkedIn page will provide a platform for members of the profession, litigants, law students and interested members of the public to keep up to date with a forum critical to the Victorian business community.
“For those new to the Commercial Court, it will be a great way to become familiar with our practices, procedures, latest news and events.”
