Commercial Court Practice Note - S C CC1 (Revised).
The Chief Justice authorised the issuing of a revised Commercial Court Practice Note - SC CC1.
Notable changes to the Commercial Court Practice Note - SC CC1 include:
1. The introduction of a Short/Expedited Cases List for matters which only require a trial of short duration or an expedited
hearing.
2. A revised procedure under Part 8 of the Practice Note for the steps required of parties prior to issuing an interlocutory
application in the Commercial Court.
The revised Commercial Court Practice Note - SC CC1 came into effect on 22 September 2025.
