Court sets final date for group members to submit opt-out notices.
On 3 August 2018 Justice John Dixon made orders in relation to the Creese v Hamilton-Byrne class action.
These orders fix Thursday, 27 September 2018 as the final date by which group members may choose to opt out of the proceeding.
