Mohinder Singh pleaded guilty to four charges of culpable driving causing death, three charges of trafficking in a drug of dependence and one charge of possession of a drug of dependence.
A plea hearing (pre-sentencing hearing) was heard in front of Justice Paul Coghlan of the Supreme Court of Victoria on Thursday 11 March and Friday 12 March.
Justice Coghlan sentenced Mr Singh on 14 April 2021 at 9.30am.
