Judgment in relation to the appeals will be handed down on Friday 30 October at 10am.
The two appeals are an appeal by Erin Patterson for the Court of Appeal to review and overturn the findings of guilt from the trial (an appeal against conviction), and an appeal by the DPP against the sentence imposed.

Following a jury trial which ran from April to July last year, Ms Patterson was found guilty of murdering her parents-in-law Don and Gail Patterson and her aunt-in-law Heather Wilkinson. She was also found guilty of the attempted murder of her uncle-in-law Ian Wilkinson.
Justice Christopher Beale sentenced Erin Patterson on Monday 8 September to life imprisonment with a non-parole period of 33 years.
