New form comes into effect from Monday 4 December 2017.
From 4 December 2017 the current Form 42AA – Subpoena for production to the Prothonotary will be replaced with a new form which is more consistent with the new subpoena forms which came into effect on 1 November 2017 under the amended Order 42.
As with the new forms of subpoena under Order 42, the new Form 42AA will incorporate a declaration by addressee.
