The hearing follows the judgment in Kinglake Friends of the Forest v VicForests (S ECI 2020 04058) handed down by Justice Timothy Ginnane on 24 March 2022 and the ruling in Kinglake Friends of the Forest v VicForests handed down by Justice Melinda Richards on 9 August 2021.
