Read the Notice to the Profession on changes to the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2025 and Practice Note SC GEN 11 Costs Court.
Rule amendments commencing 1 January 2026 will update the monetary values in the Scale of Costs and enable amounts referable to Goods and Services Tax to be included, in certain circumstances, in awards of costs.
