The hearing to determine whether to vary the bail conditions of Monica Smit was heard on Wednesday, 22 September 2021 at 10am in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Ms Smit was granted bail in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 1 September 2021 on two counts of incitement in relation to alleged breaches of public health orders. Ms Smit did not agree to the bail conditions and filed an application with the Supreme Court to vary the bail conditions.
