From 30 September 2019, a new Mortgage Recovery List will be established in the Commercial Court.
A party initiating a mortgage default proceeding in the Commercial Court will be required to initiate that proceeding in the Mortgage Recovery List.
The Mortgage Recovery List will be managed by Judicial Registrar Matthews. Further information is available in the Notice to the Profession.
From this date, there will also be some changes to the way Court users file some new proceedings in the Commercial Court on RedCrest. Please refer to the Filing in Commercial Court Proceedings guide for more information on updated filing processes.
