The Court's eFiling systems RedCrest and RedCrest-Probate will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 1am to 12pm on Sunday 29 April. RedCrest and RedCrest-Probate will be unavailable during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The current Form 42A (civil) and Form 6-1A (criminal) subpoena will be replaced with separate forms for each type of subpoena.

From 1 November 2017 the current Form 42A (civil) and Form 6-1A (criminal) subpoena will be replaced with separate forms for each type of subpoena:

  • Form 42A/Form 6-1A (subpoena to attend to give evidence)
  • Form 42B/Form 6-1B (subpoena to produce)
  • Form 42C/Form 6-1C (subpoena both to attend to give evidence and to produce).

The requirement to attach the current Form 42B/Form 6-1B declaration will be removed as these have been incorporated into the relevant subpoena forms.

Read the Supreme Court (Harmonised Subpoenas Amendment) Rules 2017.
