Justice Lesley Taylor has sentenced Phuc Thien tang to 25 years' imprisonment with a non-parole period of 20 years for the murder of Lina Huynh on 7 September 2017. "The murder of Lina Huynh was a savage and vicious crime during which you employed two different weapons...you were heavily intoxicated with ice at the time of your offending… you knew the effect that drug had upon you,” Justice Taylor said.
