The Honourable Justice Jacinta Forbes handed down her decision in the matter of Thorpe v Head, Transport for Victoria & Ors (S ECI 2020 04091) on Thursday, 3 December.
The hearing of the matter, conducted on 19 November, 20 November and 23 November, concerned an application for an interlocutory injunction until the trial of the matter with respect to the construction and/or completion of part of the Western Highway Duplication – Section 2B Buangor to Ararat project.
