A welcome ceremony for the Honourable Justice Michael O’Connell will be held on Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at 9.15am.
Justice O’Connell was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria, assigned to the Criminal Division, effective 3 February 2026.
The ceremony will take place in the Banco Court and will be livestreamed.
A recording of the ceremony will be made available to view on the Court’s website shortly afterwards.
The Court extends its congratulations to Justice O’Connell on his appointment.
