The Supreme Court of Victoria and County Court of Victoria invite practitioners to ‘Zoom out’ and consider some of the lessons learned from the return to in-person hearings.
Justice Jacinta Forbes (Supreme Court) will be joined by Judge Tsikaris (County Court), Judicial Registrar Andrew Baker (Supreme Court) and barrister Fiona Ryan SC for a joint seminar offering unique insights and practical guidance on litigation, courtroom etiquette, appearances and preparing for in-person hearings.
This event is for all practitioners, especially those practising in the Common Law Divisions of the Supreme and County courts.
The hybrid session will be held online and in-person (Owen Dixon East chambers) from 8.30am–9.30am, Friday 11 November 2022. In-person attendance is encouraged.
