These forms are to be used by an executor or administrator to provide a true and just account of an estate.

The Court or the Registrar of Probates may at any time require an executor or administrator to file an administration account pursuant to rule 6.03 of the Supreme Court (Administration and Probate) Rules 2023.

An executor or administrator is to provide details of the administration of the estate in the administration account form.

The completed administration account form is to be exhibited to the affidavit of verification sworn/affirmed by the executor or administrator.
