This form is to be used by a person who has a greater beneficial interest in an estate to consent to an application for letters of administration being made by a person with a lesser beneficial interest.
If the application is for letters of administration (no will), use the form “Consent for a person with a lesser beneficial interest to apply (no will)” below.
If the application is for letters of administration with the will annexed, use the form “Consent for a person with a lesser beneficial interest to apply (will annexed)” below.
