Probate Office – Request for Registrar’s Certificate Verifying Copy

When submitting the form, please note that only one document can be requested at a time. If you require multiple documents to be certified, you must file a request form for each.

Submit the completed form via RedCrest-Probate.

Select "File a document for an existing application" and then select "Request for Registrar’s Certificate Verifying Copy" as the document type(s).
